The tasting begins outdoors, among the centuries-old olive trees, where you will be shown the different varieties of plants and the care taken in their cultivation. Next, you will visit the indoor part of the Masseria to learn about the stages of production, from milling to pressing. Finally, you will delight in a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oils, exploring their taste nuances: from fruity to spicy to bitter. Accompanying the oil will be traditional Apulian friselle, to savour every single note of flavour.
